At Melco Japan, we can handle everything from material procurement, processing, to delivery in a seamless manner. ーーーーーーーーーService Featuresーーーーーーーーーー - Material Cutting We can accommodate thicknesses from 1.0mm to 120mm with "laser cutting," "plasma cutting," and "saw blade cutting." - Straightening, Sheet Metal, and Polishing Work / Primary Machining / Fabrication and Welding We provide comprehensive support from flat to three-dimensional steps. - Secondary Machining Division: We own 12 vertical and 6 horizontal large machining machines, capable of handling work sizes from small to large. - Electrolytic Polishing We have a large tank with dimensions of 8,000mm in length, 4,500mm in width, and 4,000mm in depth.
